Who the fuck is Rosco?

I’m a chef at my very core with a Michelin-level background including time in one of the worlds best development kitchens. I’m also a competitive everyday athlete and a self-proclaimed guinea pig for performance-based living. After years of cooking in some of the world’s top kitchens and pushing my body to its limits in both good and bad ways (heart attack proving a point!) - I realised the two worlds—food and fitness—were speaking different languages. I decided to become the translator.

I don’t come at you with a clipboard of credentials in exercise science or a PhD in nutrition. What I bring is real-world experience, relentless curiosity, hours of research and obsession of trying to just get a little better everyday. I am also a whore for flavour and appreciate that performance living doesn’t all taste the best or allow for a actual life. This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about building a body and lifestyle that shows up for you when it counts — whether that’s in the gym, at a competition, or just handling the chaos of everyday life.
